- How do I get started?
Upon purchasing your course, you will receive login credentials via email to log in to our Learning Management System (LMS), which can take up to 72 hours. Once you receive your log in credentials you may begin your course right away.
Please note that online enrollment into this course will close on May 1, 2023, unless we are contacted by phone and present the student with a written agreement, where the student will have to agree to being able to complete the course by September 30, 2023
- How long do I have to complete this course?
You will have 6 months from the time of enrollment to complete this course, in certain extenuating circumstances, course completion time frame may be extended, please reach out to us via phone if said circumstances were to arise.
- Do I have to buy hard copy books?
No. Our books are in PDF format and can be downloaded and/or printed out. Most students print out the PDF's and place them in binders/folders, etc... so that they can organize it according to their liking.
- What grades are needed to pass this course?
You must successfully pass this course with a 70% or higher in each Module. You will have unlimited attempts on Chapter Review Questions, 6 attempts on Study Questions and Learning Activities (Quizzes), and 3 attempts on the Final Exam(s).
- What happens once I complete this course?
Prior to &/or upon completion of this course you will receive a Certificate of Completion and your CE Hours will be posted to your IRS PTIN account & depending on the package you purchased, you will also receive the contents and services of that package.

Office Hours are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 7:00pmcst to 8:00pmcst (Office Hours must be scheduled the day before no later than 12pmcst) and Class Study Sessions are held on Saturdays from 9amcst to 12pmcst . Please note that office hours may be recorded for others reference. Videos and/or documents will be available in our tax class portal, in which you will have access to through this website/LMS and/or our Facebook Private Class Group.
(Please Note that Office Hours and Class Study Sessions availability is slightly different from December 15 through April 15, students will be made aware of the schedule availability via their classroom portal).
Course work is self paced, however, there maybe deadlines for the completion of assignments, quizzes and final tests that are in your student portal, which you can also access through our website and/or our Facebook Private Class Group.
